Usage

- SMS and email usage is billed at cost plus a markup.
Pricing questions
- Do I have to replace my simulator software?
- No. Your simulator and its software stay as they are. Dink takes over booking, memberships, and credits.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month. Pay annually and it's 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free.
- What does the founding offer lock in?
- $199 a month for up to 4 bays, plus $30 a month for each additional bay, locked for 12 months, for the first 10 venues. After that it moves to list price.
- Who sets it up?
- We do, with you, in the Launch package: bays, services, and membership plans, your members brought over, payments connected, and your staff trained. It's free on the founding plan and on annual plans, otherwise $499 one time.
- Do I have to buy a package?
- No. You can run the platform on your own. Most venues start with Launch so they go live with our help.
- Can I add Website or Growth later?
- Yes. Add either one any time.
- How do members pay?
- Card payments and membership billing run through Square. Your front desk can also take cash.
